What more does one need, really? I’m here to say hello and that I know it’s been some time. I’m swamped finishing my dissertation. But I’m also here to tell you I baked Jim Lahey’s famous No Knead Bread (not sure why I waited so long, as I make his no knead pizza dough weekly) and it is perfect. I hope to become the kind of person who can commit to doing this weekly too. The pizza dough ritual would suggest I am.
Also here to share some big, exciting news: this summer, Matt and I will be moving to Toronto. My hometown, one of my favorite cities, and a glorious place for food.
